Tom Philipp is a Senior Partner at Professional Wealth Management Group. He works directly with clients, specializing in comprehensive financial planning. Tom enjoys seeing the success of his clients when their planning and hard work come to fruition. With over 22 years in the financial services industry, Tom builds lifelong relationships with his clients and helps them succeed financially.

Having obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1996 from the University of Texas at Arlington, Tom went on to obtain Certified Financial Planner CFP ®, Chartered Life Underwriter CLU, and Chartered Financial Consultant ChFC ® designations as well as his series 6, 63, 65, and 7. Tom takes a global approach to financial planning ensuring that all components are coordinated.

Learning from his grandparents who invested in the market early, Tom always had an interest in investing. He watched his grandparents realize the power of compounded returns and found a passion for finance in himself. Tom views himself as a life partner to his clients. He has empathy for each situation and works in collaboration with them to create success.

Originally from Mesquite, Texas, Tom now lives in Flower Mound, Texas. He has been married to his wife, Dr. Amy Philipp for 26 years. They have two sons together, Trey and Jack. Trey is presently attending the University of South Carolina and Jack is in high school.

A family man, Tom enjoys traveling with his family and friends and eating great food together. Although, golf is his true passion. His personal life mission is to ensure the stability of every component of his family’s life which includes two wonderful furry members; a Labrador Retriever and a German Shepard, who tag along where ever they go.
